This happened suddenly. It was working and then it wasn't.

Letter/pillar box is checked. I never use that option, but it's grayed out and cannot be unselected.

Keep proportional is also grayed out and can't be selected.

Resample pixels is active and can be selected or deselected.

I use the resize dialog constantly, many times a day. I used it earlier today.

I was running version 3.72. Reinstalling didn't help. I then downloaded and installed 3.74 but that didn't help either.

I have no idea how this happened or how to fix it.

Try to uninstall PMView, then reinstall. This should reset your settings.

That worked. I lost my preferences, but I'm back in business, and that's what's important.
