I think this is a bug on the PMView's File Open Container (Windows version). After launching PMView, if there's a new drive, such as an USB key or a removable drive, this drive is not visible within FOC. I have to restart PMView in order to be able to access these drives.

Try pressing F5 in the FOC to refresh. If this does not bring up the drive, then close the FOC with the [X] button and select File->Open again.
