Some third party mouse drivers have emulation features that may interfere with PMView. The IBM USB Mouse driver is an example of this. It sends messages to PMView that cause PMView v3.51 to crash (this will be fixed in v3.52).
To properly configure a third party mouse driver to work with PMView: -Go to the Windows Control Panel -Open up the mouse settings -Click on the "Wheel" tab -Click on the "Exceptions.." button -Add PMView to the exceptions list (c:\program files\pmview\pmview.exe if you used the default settings when you installed PMView) Now PMView v3.xx should work correctly with your mouse, and the IBM USB mouse driver will no longer cause PMView to crash. If you wish to use the wheel for scrolling instead of browsing, you can change the "Mouse wheel loads next/previous image" option on the Special/TWAIN page in PMView's options notebook.
