Feature Request - Zoom and Pan with 3 button mice Options

Hello!

I would like to request a feature enhancement for PMView. We use 3-button mice on our CAD systems (which is very common). It would be very nice to have the pan function work in conjunction with the zoom function simultaneously. For example, zoom in/out with 2 of the buttons and pan with the third. This would be very helpful since I frequently use PMView with scanned large format technical drawings (C, D , and E-size) where you are zooming in/out to read dimensions and then panning to different areas.
