My wife loaded a movie program and that has now become the default viewer for all my jpeg, tiff, bmp files, etc. How do I get PMView to be the default viewer?
Would deleting and re-installing do it or is there a simpler way?
Just run the installation again. (Don't uninstall because that will remove all your settings).

I have problems with opening as well, and above reply solved part of it.
However, Microsoft Internet Explorer (Win200/IE5.5) insists on opening TIF-files with QuickTime, which does not work on my computer. Do you know of a way to make it open with PMview?
Greetings:
In response to this problem, I've written a VERY small program (16k) that restores all associations to PMView. I've only tested it with NT 4.0. I'd be interested to see if it worked under 9x/2000/XP.

IE users can "Run Program From This Location" while Opera and Netscape/Mozilla users will have to save the file somewhere (your desktop is a good place) and then run it.
It's a free program which requires NO install or support DLLs. One note, though. You MUST have PMView installed before running the program, or it will mess up current file associations.
