After working fine for quite a while, this morning I can no longer print in PM View. I get a popup window that says', "unable to retrieve printer information"

I removed and reinstalled the printer driver (which is the latest version from HP) without any change.

Printing is fine within other applications.

I'm glad to hear that you got the problem solved. If one of the installed printer drivers is not returning the expected values, PMView 2000 v2.32 does not handle the situation well and you may end up in the situation you just described (just an error message and no print dialog). The best solution is to do exactly what you did, and delete all drivers.

FWIW, PMView Pro behaves better in this situation thanks to a few improvements in this area.

Thanks,
