Hello,

First, I want to say THANK YOU. I have been using PMView and PMView Pro for many years with pleasure. Although I bought the upgrade to Pro in 2003, I used the program in the heyday of OS/2 as well.

Windows 7 + SP1
PMView Pro 3.64
Mozilla Thunderbird 3.1.9

As a new user of Windows 7, I have encountered a minor problem. When a photo is received as an email attachment, it can't be rotated unless I detach it from the email. The error message received is shown in the file uploaded.

Again, not a big problem, but a minor irritation.

Mike

Mike,

This is not a problem with PMView. It's a file access issue. It appears your mail program (or some other program) is holding the file open and preventing PMView from writing to it.

In any case it is a file system access issue out of PMView's control. PMView cannot open the file for writing.

Thanks,
Peter
