There is a problem to open Tiff (or Jpeg) file having some symbols from some European languages (such as O with dots, or A with dots). The program reports usupported file format. sad.gif If to rename the file, everything works well. I did not find the solution in Preferences or somewhere else. sad.gif Is it possible to correct?

This is a known problem with some versions of Microsoft Windows. The problem is with the operating system, and occurs with most application programs. The solution is to rename the files. (The common DOS rule still applies: Only use US characters in the range 32-127).

Thanks,
