I have recently installed PMView Pro 3.12. I have used PMView since Os/2 version 1.x. I have a Canon N670U flat bed scanner that I have used with Adobe Acrobat and Word 2003. When I attempt to acquire a scan from this scanner (Color photos, 2400 bpi) using PMView I get a runtime error C++ and Abnormal Program Termination. I have tried this on two different systems with the same result.

Any thoughts or comments are appreciated.

Have you tried to change the "Use buffered transfer mechanism" setting on the Special/TWAIN page in PMView's options notebook?

Thanks,

Does it work with the scanner software? Does it work in other TWAIN enabled applications?

It sounds like you may have to reinstall the Twain drivers.
