When I purchased my upgrade from PMV 1.05, I thought I had purchased the license for OS/2 and Windows but when I try to use the license on the windows version, it will not take it. Is there something special I have to do or did I not get the right license when I upgraded? Thanks.

Check that your key has the letters "OW" or "OOW" in the serial number part.

If it only says "O" or "OO", you have a OS/2 only license.

Yes, it only says "OO". Is it possible to upgrade this to a multi-platform license? Thanks.

Yes, but it has to be done "manually". The cost is $39. Please e-mail peter@pmview.com
