Hello,

I've recently encountered a change in behavior with PMView Pro, where certain operations (File Open, and most especially Screen Capture) will jump from the monitor on which you are working to a different monitor (almost always the Primary Main Windows Desktop monitor). For example, you will capture an area of the screen and the entire PMView Pro window with the capture will jump over to another monitor. It also usually ends up as a narrow window maybe 150 pixels wide (guess) which makes it cumbersome to manipulate it back to normal working size. This behavior is occurring with Windows 10 22H2 with the monitors set in extended desktop mode.

It is also possible this is occurring due to the monitor being driven over a USB-C connection (i.e. through a USB-C to Displayport converter) But as a general note, PM View Pro is the only application which seems to be behaving this way. Also, I use PMView Pro extensively on a different computer with a 4-monitor set-up (also Win 10 Pro 22H2) , but all the monitors being driven by Displayport outputs from two Nvidia cards and PM View Pro performs perfectly. Which is why I suspect (but cannot prove) the connection to the video over USB link.

I am just curious if this is a reported occurrence with a quick fix or a rare bug that is annoying but will just need to be lived with.

Thanks!

Best Regards,
Toby
