Yes. This is not a bug. It has to do with the scaling algorithm used.
The new algorithm in PMView 2000 works better than the one in v1.x for some images. The beta testers liked this version much better than the one in PMView v1.x. Those users who had complained about the 1.x scaling were all happy with the new algorithm... I will provide a new algorithm in a future version.
