Keep existing EAs? Options

Hej!

I notice a slight irregularity in the handling of a file's EAs. I'm using PMView since 0.9x and it's seems to have been that way ever since (checked with 1.05).

Thumbnail creation: keeps existing EAs
Thumbnail deletion: keeps existing EAs
Saving a picture: removes existing EAs :-(

I want to keep comments in the EAs where I took the picture, import Exif information into them (via renpics21.zip), and search pictures that way. But whenever I rotate a picture, EAs are lost...

Any chance that a new version will always keep EAs? Maybe even when converting?
