Thumbnail Storing, Is it possible to store thumbnails Options

Hi,

is it possible in the windows version to store the created thumbnails permanently like in the OS/2 version, where there are saved within the file's extended attributes (I guess it will as I had to switch to windows some years ago), e.g. in a directory "...pmview/thumbs" ?

Especially for directories, which contains a large number of files, this is very time consuming, when the thumbnails are created everytime once again.
