After working fine for quite a while, this morning I can no longer print in PM View. I get a popup window that says', "unable to retrieve printer information"
I removed and reinstalled the printer driver (which is the latest version from HP) without any change. Printing is fine within other applications. I'm running 2.32. I got it working again. I uninstalled PMView. I had about 20 printers installed and I just simply deleted them all but my default. I then installed PMView again and the printer worked. The PRINT keys are showing up in the registry now. Thanks for the quick response. Your support is awesome. I've been a long time registered user.
