Unable to Retrieve Printer Information - Unable to Print only in PM View

I get a popup window that says', "unable to retrieve printer information" I removed and reinstalled the printer driver (which is the latest version from HP) without any change. Printing is fine within other applications. Below is system information captured within PM View: Application Product name : PMView 2000 for Windows Version : 2.32 Build : 17832 Graphics Screen size : 1024x768 pixels Bit depth : 32 bits Plane count : 1 plane Uses palette : No Refresh rate : 60 Hz Raster caps : 7E99 Screen Physical size : 254x203 mm Resolution : 96x96 dpi Processor & memory Number of CPUs : 1 CPU family : 15 CPU model : 2 CPU stepping : 4 Page size : 4096 bytes Physical RAM : 511 MB Operating system Operating system : Windows NT Version : 5.0 Service Pack 3 Build : 2195 Vic -------------------- Take care, Vic
