PMVIEW Windows 2.14 Crashes Options

When ever I try and select a number (more than 1) thumbnail I get:

Program has performed an illegal operation.

Have you tried this on any other system? I am almost sure this is a display driver bug...
It works flawlessly here on my IBM Thinkpad 765D, Win98SE, 166MHz, 64MB RAM, FAT, 1024x768

Upgrading the display driver will most likely solve the problem. Have you already tried this?
