I recently moved to a newer laptop for which the recommended resolution is 1920x1080, and have installed 3.80. I'm now experiencing problems when capturing part or all of the screen:
1) When capturing an area of the screen or a window, I get an image of a different but overlapping screen area. 2) If I capture the entire screen, the image is 1536 x 864, truncating the screen on the right and bottom. My environment is 64-bit Windows 10 Pro with an NVIDIA Quadro 1000M display adapter. Thanks for your help! |

Make sure the Windows Display Settings are set to scale 100%. If the display scaling is not set to 100%, then the problem you describe will show. PMView currently only supports capture of Windows Screens without scaling (i.e. 100%).
