When I use the S key in the "save as" window rather than clicking the Save button, I am prompted that the file already exists even though it didn't exist before pressing S.

I can't repeat this problem.
Can you please give me a step-by-step example that shows how to repeat the problem. If only possible, please use a captured image and an empty target directory in your example. This is what I did: File->Capture->Window File->Save as Press the 'tab' key until the [Save] button is active Press the 'S' key. The file saved normally. I can't see the problem.
