If I launch both Pmview.exe (64-bit) and pmview32.exe (32-bit), then is there anything that will show me which one is which, just by looking at the application windows?
I normally use the 64-bit version, but my twain drivers require a 32-bit application, so I use pmview32.exe when scanning documents. I've changed the shortcut icon for pmview32.exe to the scanner icon in shell32.dll, but that doesn't affect the icon in the pmview32.exe window. -------------------- Steve Swift

Yes. Help->System Info
"Build" will tell you which version you're running. -------------------- Peter Nielsen (peter@pmview.com) "If you can dream it, you can do it" JFK.
