I was unable to print from PMView 2000 for Windows (Version 2.10, Build 16658, registered) from WindowsNT; I upgraded to Windows2000 and the problem has continued.
When I choose File | Print (or hit CTRL-P) I get the error message: "Unable to Retrieve Printer information." I can print from any other application. Any suggestions? |

Uninstalling and reinstalling the printer driver usually helps.

I second that advice. I read this message, and reinstall did help for just this problem.
