Thank you. Deleting that key solved the printing problem. After the key was deleted, I went back restarted PM View and was able to print just like before. Vic |

After working fine for quite a while, this morning I can no longer print in PM View. I get a popup window that says', "unable to retrieve printer information"
I removed and reinstalled the printer driver (which is the latest version from HP) without any change. Printing is fine within other applications.
