I usially use PMView (OS/2 version) to sort images, so, standart work - go to FileOpen dialog, set thumbnail to maximal size, and then just use drag&drop (with mouse) to needed destination folders.
Works great! But, sometimes, thumbnail isn't enought, so i need to open image. But from PMView main window i can't move image by mouse, so, i must do one of the following: 1) Go to FileOpen dialog again. 2) Go through "Move to" - much longer way than "FileOpen" So, idea: add an icon on statusbar or toolbar, with which will be possible to use Drag&Drop for copy to/move to. Or... May be it is possible, and I just don't know, how? |

Sorry, was unable to remember my userid yesterday...
so, i have two PC with OS/2: 1) OS/2 V.3.0 Fix42+ 2) Aurora CP2 On both i try 3 printer drivers: 1) Standart IBMPCL driver (a bit different versions, but both ~new) on b/w laser printer. 2) EPOMNI5 driver for EPSON stylus C60. 3) IBMNULL (just for test). in all six cases /PRINTER make print job in appropriate queue, but /PRINTER=NOD do nothing. two hypothesis: (i have little exp. in programming under os/2, but have some 8) ) 1) Printer Presentation Space killed, before printing finished (both my computers are slow, 800 and 400 Mhz). 2) You use "other" mechanizm to "detect printer queue" in =NODIALOG case... |

I have Epson Stylus CX60, and really I can't print image, which is greater than ~6000*4000 (smaller can be printed in all cases, sometimes it's possible to get something like ~4400*6600, but not more).
When i say "print" - I get "clock", and after ~5 seconds clock is "off", but no information in printer queue. If smaller image printed (and all is OK) - printing process goes some minutes, not seconds. No error message displayed, just nothing is printed :-( Any ideas? (OS/2 ACP2, 512MB memory) |
