The current zoom percentage. Press Ctrl-1 to zoom to 100%

If it's described, it's probably in the PDF User Manual or in the Getting Started guides.
The Ctrl-1, Ctrl-2, and corresponding Alt-key sequences are described in the list of hot keys.
