I have my registration key and serial number for PMV Pro but can not find a place to enter it after installing 3.52 on a new machine. I'm sure I'm missing something obvious Any clues/pointers would be appreciated.

I have the same problem except that I'm not a pack rat, I don't have the instructions on what to do with my user name, pass word and other ID, and the link in this thread asks for two pieces of information I don't have. Visiting bmtmicro.com does grudgingly confirm that I bought PMView in 2008 -- even letting loose of the order number -- but it won't reveal the product ID which download.bmtmicro.net demands.

Please contact us if you have lost your product info. Fortunately electronic products can be replaced when lost unlike tangible goods...
