If you consider this to be Pro software, why can't it have more options? It's not worth buying, even at this price, if it can't process streaming data.

I would like to see in this program the ability to capture the screen in a streaming video format (set up by the user) and to then act like a Webcam or a TV Tuner Card, which we can use our video recording software to record the screen or what is being captured into our own format, or maybe this program will have capabilities of saving this video through this driver/twain (I don't understand what those are though, but I think Webcams & TV Tuners use that) or to trancefer the captured video through messanger inplace of a webcam or TV Tuner.

PMView was never designed to work with video. PMView is a specialized application for coping with viewing and editing of images.

What you are looking for is something completely different that requires a completely different program...

PMView is an image viewer and is probably one of the best viewers out there when it comes to coping with streamed image data (single images fed byte-by-byte over a slow communication channel). For most image formats, PMView is able to show a partial image when only a small amount has been transferred...

Oh, and just for what it's worth: The TWAIN standard does NOT support any form of video.

You're obviously looking for the wrong type of software. You need to find software that specializes in VIDEO, not images.
