QUOTE (Peter @ Mar 15 2006, 01:59 AM) *
... I've been planning to use the Kakadu library, but it is so expensive that it takes more than a whole years (!) sales of PMView to cover the license fee. I'm not sure it is worth that much...

Why not setup a PayPal donations link where interested users can donate money to such (and possibly other) features. Maybe something similar to the Bounty System at OS/2 World

<span style='color:#000000post_uid0'>Greetings:
In response to this problem, I've written a VERY small program (16k) that restores all associations to PMView. I've only tested it with NT 4.0. I'd be interested to see if it worked under 9x/2000/XP.

IE users can "Run Program From This Location" while Opera and Netscape/Mozilla users will have to save the file somewhere (your desktop is a good place) and then run it.
It's a free program which requires NO install or support DLLs. One note, though. You MUST have PMView installed before running the program, or it will mess up current file associations.

Thanks for the program wink.gif It works like a charm under XP Pro and fixed all the associations after I installed Nero Update 7.11.10.0.

Good day,

In June 2003 I bought PMView Pro for OS/2. In the confirmation e-mail it does not state Upgrade availability (such as the following I received with my Windows version confirmation: Your license allows you free upgrades to all PMView Pro 3.xx versions. Upgrades and other language versions (when available) can be downloaded with the download password information above. )

Is there a way to find this out for my OS/2 version?

Thank you
