Can someone recommend an app for windows that does PMView type things like soften, sharpen, etc., only within described areas rather than the entire image?

Thanks for reminding me that this feature needs to be added to PMView.

Thanks, but everyone knows about Photoshop. I was hoping for something affordable.

Adope Photoshop Elements 8. $80 from Adobe direct or under $50 on eBay...
