I have tried to register two times here.

I get "Thank you... Your registration has been submitted.
The board administrator has chosen to require validation for all email addresses. Within the next 10 minutes (usually instantly) you'll receive an email with instructions on the next step. Don't worry, it won't take long before you can post!
The email has been sent to ..."

No email arrives.

The registration works and I can log in, but I get "Sorry, you do not have permission to reply to that topic". I can't post either, unless I log out again.

The same thing happened to me when I registered.
I never recieved the automated confirmation email.
I got tired of waiting and sent an email directly to Peter Nielsen's email address and mentioned about my registration problems with the forum.
He did not directly address or explain what was going on with the automated registration in his email response.
But I tried my login and password a few days later and it works.

I also got the message "Sorry, you do not have permission to reply to that topic".
I suspect that certain threads can only be replied to be his beta testers.

These forums are open to everyone. They are not limited to beta testers.

The problem is that the forum software has been a bit flakey lately. It was not working as it should. For instance, until yesterday I was unable to delete my own posts (although I have admin rights).

Something must have gotten corrupted in the setup. I asked Brandon to look into this and it now seems like he has sorted it all out. As far as I can see, everything is now working fine again. Thanks Brandon!

If you still have a problem with the forum, please e-mail brandonk@blueprintsoftwareworks.com directly and let him know about the problem. (He knows the forum software much better than I do, and if there's anything forum-related that needs fixing, he's the man).

Thanks,
