I was unable to print from PMView 2000 for Windows (Version 2.10, Build 16658, registered) from WindowsNT; I upgraded to Windows2000 and the problem has continued.

When I choose File | Print (or hit CTRL-P) I get the error message: "Unable to Retrieve Printer information." I can print from any other application.

Any suggestions?

Uninstalling and reinstalling the printer driver usually helps.

If this doesn't help, then please get back to me and give me all and any information about your printer so that I can install the same driver here and give it a try.

I second that advice. I read this message, and reinstall did help for just this problem.
