Does anybody know how to convert JPEG to TIFF with old style jpeg compression with PMView

There are dozens of ambiguous implementations of old-style JPEG. Because of this, it is recommended that an application should not save files in old-jpeg format (it is impossible to get it "right" as the specification is ambiguous). PMView follows this recommendation.
